We are planning on going to the race on April 3rd 2011. We have never been there but wanted more details on camping. Can we show up to get a site on Friday 1st, or even Thrs? Any hookups at all? How much does it cost to camp? When do we have to be gone from there?
Camping will be open on April 1st. It is complete dry-camping so you will need to be self-supporting. Gate fee for all weekend of camping is $10 per person.
If you need hook-ups, you can camp at the RV Park/Golf Course in town for a daily fee and drive up to the race course – roughly 2 minute drive.
AND Jami….. You can stay all week the following week. Check out Odessa Bikeweek.
Hey guys, I am doing the short course (White Nuckle) on Sunday which doesn’t start until 12:30. What time is the latest I can be there to sign up?
